Webinar: Cost-Effective DNS-Based Web Filtering

By Richard Anderson

In order to protect against web-based threats such as malware, ransomware, viruses, exploit kits, malvertising, and phishing, businesses need to implement a web filtering solution.

A web filter allows businesses to carefully control the websites and webpages that employees can access while connected to the wired and wireless networks. All Internet traffic is routed through the filter where controls are applied to block malware downloads and restrict the webpages that employees and guests can access.

Many businesses choose to implement an appliance-based web filter, although the initial high cost and lack of flexibility offered by appliance-based solutions can be off-putting.

An alternative is a cloud-based DNS-filtering solution. Such a solution has a distinct cost advantage as no hardware purchases are required. A DNS-filtering service also requires no software downloads, so filtering the Internet is a quick and simple process.

On Wednesday December 5, 2018, TitanHQ and Celestix Networks will be hosting a joint webinar to introduce a cost-effective DNS-based web filter: Celestix WebFilter Cloud.

TitanHQ’s EVP of Strategic Alliances, Rocco Donnino, and Senior Sales Engineer, Derek Higgins, will explain how the WebTitan-powered Celestix WebFilter Cloud works and how it provides protection from web-based threats such as malware, viruses, ransomware and phishing.
