Vade Secure Adds Auto-Remediate Feature to its Office 365 Email Security Solution

Vade Secure has announced it has launched a new email security feature for Managed Service providers (MSPs) to allow them to better protect their clients’ Office 365 environments with minimal management overhead. The new feature – Auto-Remediate for Vade Secure for Office 365 – provides a layer of continuous, automated protection for Office 365 through the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Vade Secure uses real-time threat intelligence from more than 600 million mailboxes to automatically remove threats from inboxes before they cause any disruption to the business. The system learns from its mistakes and becomes more effective at blocking threats over time and learns to detect and protect against new threats to prevent malicious messages from reaching inboxes and ensure threats are rapidly removed when they do.

Earlier this year, Vade Secure added a manual remediate feature to Vade Secure for Office 365 that allowed MSPs to remove threats from inboxes with a single click. The automated version of the Remediate feature will save MSPs a considerable amount of management time and will allow them to concentrate on other priorities. The new Auto-remediate feature was showcased at Microsoft Inspire in Las Vegas and was added to Vade Secure for Office 365 on July 15, 2019. This new feature has been made available to MSPs at no additional cost.

“Email attacks are becoming more dynamic, more persistent and more successful as hackers pinpoint new ways to penetrate Office 365 environments,” said Adrien Gendre, Chief Solution Architect at Vade Secure. “Now, with Auto-Remediate, our engine is learning from its own mistakes and automatically fixing them for users, allowing MSPs and their customers to focus on other priorities.”
