SpamTitan Named Leader in G2 Crowd 2019 Summer Grid Report for Cloud Email Security

By Richard Anderson

The independent business software review platform, G2 Crowd, has named SpamTitan leader in cloud email security in its Grid Summer 2019 Report. This is the third consecutive quarter where SpamTitan has been named leader in cloud-based email security, and this quarter is joined by Proofpoint Email Security Protection and Barracuda Email Security Gateway.

The G2 Crowd Grid reports rate companies based on market presence and customer satisfaction level. The former is assessed by G2 Crowd based on market share, vendor size, and social impact, with the latter determined by reviews submitted to the platform by verified users of the email security solutions.

Based on the scores, email security solutions are placed in one of four quadrants in the grid. Niche Players have a small market presence and relatively low customer satisfaction level, Contenders have a strong market presence combined with a low satisfaction level, High Performers have high customer satisfaction levels but have yet to make a significant mark in the email security market, and Leaders score highly for market presence and customer satisfaction.

The Grid Reports help businesses make decisions about software solutions and are particularly valuable due to the user reviews. Solutions may be effective at blocking threats, but many solutions are loathed by users who find them difficult to use and find they do not quite live up to expectations.

SpamTitan registered high scores in all six categories rated by users, which were meets requirements, ease of admin, ease of doing business, quality of support, ease of setup, and ease of use. In all categories SpamTitan achieved scores in the range of 91%-94%. SpamTitan also had the highest overall score for user satisfaction out of all nine products assessed for the Summer Grid report.

“The overwhelmingly positive feedback from SpamTitan users on G2 Crowd is indicative of our commitment to ensuring the highest levels of customer success. An incredible achievement for a product that is significantly more affordable than the market leaders” said Ronan Kavanagh, CEO, TitanHQ.
