WebTitan Cloud for WiFi to be Showcased at the Wi-Fi Now Conference 2016

The Wi-Fi Now Conference is one of the highlights in the calendar for the Wi-Fi industry. The event now attracts attendees from all over the world and provides insights into the most innovative developments in Wi-Fi. This year, the conference is bigger and better than ever before and has attracted many of the leading innovators in the field of Wi-Fi technology.

The conference showcases some of the most eagerly anticipated new products for the enterprise and is a “must-visit” event for industry leaders and anyone working in the Wi-Fi industry. At this year’s event the Wi-Fi Alliance will be advising attendees of the latest Wi-Fi trends and the most exciting innovations and developments that can be expected over the coming months.

TitanHQ will be in attendance and joins Microsoft and Tessco Technologies as a sponsor the Enterprise, Home and Security Day. Enterprise, Home and Security Day highlights some of the main challenges faced by the Wi-Fi industry to keep enterprise and home Wi-Fi networks secure. With the volume of threats having increased significantly over the course of the past 12 months, it is more important than ever that companies develop innovative solutions to keep their customers protected from these increasingly sophisticated threats.

TitanHQ will be taking the opportunity to showcase its innovative new Wi-Fi security product – WebTitan Cloud for Wi-Fi to conference attendees. WebTitan Cloud for Wi-Fi is an enterprise Wi-Fi security solution that allows organizations to enforce their Acceptable Usage Policies (AUPs) and protect end users from a wide range of online threats such as malware, adware, and ransomware. The enterprise web filtering solution has been developed to be effortless to implement and offers exceptional control over the web content that can be accessed via Wi-Fi hotspots.

In contrast to many Wi-Fi security solutions for enterprises, WebTitan Cloud for Wi-Fi offers Internet Service Providers (ISPs) the tools and features they need to secure nationwide networks of Wi-Fi hotspots. Managed Service Providers (MSPs) are also provided with a range of options to meet their and their clients’ needs.

Eric Simpson, TitanHQ’s North American Alliance Manager will be giving a presentation at this year’s conference and will be explaining the reasons why it is now essential to add additional security controls to Wi-Fi networks, and the potential consequences for failing to keep Wi-Fi hotspots secure.

Attendees will be shown the key benefits of WebTitan Cloud for Wi-Fi and offered advice on securing Wi-Fi hotspots from web-borne threats. The TitanHQ team will be showcasing WebTitan Cloud for Wi-Fi at booth #15.
