Fortunately for existing customers, support has not yet stopped. Exclaimer will continue to provide product support but only to Exclaimer Mail Archiver users that have an active Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA).
Exclaimer will continue to offer an SMA to customers for one year up until September 30, 2021. All SMAs will expire on September 30, 2022. Continued use of the product after that date will be on the understanding that no support will be provided, and no product updates will be released. Between September 30, 2021 and September 30, 2022, only partial SMAs will be issued.
A change to an Exclaimer Mail Archiver alternative therefore does not need to be made imminently, although it is wise to start looking for an alternative email archiving solution.
