CloudRanger Announces Attainment of AWS Storage Competency Status

CloudRanger has announced it has achieved Amazon Web Services (AWS) Storage Competency status, confirming the company’s ability to help customers meet their AWS storage goals.

In order to be awarded AWS Storage Competency status, a company must demonstrate it possesses comprehensive knowledge of AWS and in addition to having deep domain expertise, the company must also be able to deliver solutions seamlessly on AWS. Relatively few AWS Partner Network members have achieved AWS Storage Competency status.

“CloudRanger is proud to be one of the select few APN partners to achieve AWS Storage Competency status,” said David Gildea, VP Product and GM of CloudRanger. “Our team is dedicated to helping companies achieve their storage goals by leveraging the agility, breadth of services, and pace of innovation that AWS provides.”

Achieving the AWS competency status helps CloudRanger differentiate its services and shows it is an AWS Network member with significant AWS expertise that can deliver solutions seamlessly on AWS.

CloudRanger has created a platform that unifies, simplifies, and automates disaster recovery and helps customers manage all of their AWS workloads. The platform provides full visibility into an organization’s entire AWS footprint, providing insights that help businesses with management and cost control. The company’s all-in-one solution covers disaster recovery, backup and replication, and cost optimization, and is used by customers to manage the entire lifecycle of their AWS workloads through a single pane of glass. In addition to helping organizations comply with regulatory requirements, the platform helps with cost control to ensure that customers only pay for the cloud resources they are using, helping to eliminate the waste that is all too common in the cloud.
