CloudHealth Technologies has announced the appointment of Greg Nicastro as its Chief Product Officer.
CloudHealth Technologies has been experiencing impressive growth and is now the leading cloud service management company, with its platform helping businesses to plan their cloud capacity, optimize and automate their resources, and improve performance and drive value through their cloud ecosystems.
The position of Chief Product Officer is a new role in the company, with Greg Nicastro charged with building and scaling product teams globally and further innovating its cloud service management offerings.
Greg Nicastro has more than 20 years of executive experience and has served in many different leadership positions, including six years as Executive Vice President of Product Development at Veracode. At Veracode, Greg Nicastro helped move the company’s infrastructure to the cloud, while ensuring efficiency and security. He has overseen product management, corporate development, strategy, and consulting during his career and has held leadership positions across the entire product lifecycle.
At CloudHealth Technologies, Nicastro will help guide the company through its next phase of growth and will help to unify and lead the company’s teams and oversee strategic product development.
The appointment of Greg Nicastro follows another C-Suite appointment in September, when Tom Axbey was named President and CEO. The company has just completed its latest round of Series D funding and has raised a further $46 million in investment.
The rapid growth of the company has seen the Boston-based firm outgrow its current HQ. The company will be moving to a prestigious 80,000 Sq. ft office space in Boston’s Financial District, with the move expected to be completed in June 2018. Greg Nicastro will be based in Boston and will report directly to Tom Axbey.
“In a rapidly scaling global company, it’s critical that we maintain our momentum both internally, as we expand the team, and externally, as we work to provide ongoing customer value globally,” said Tom Axbey, President and CEO, CloudHealth Technologies. “As a former CloudHealth customer, Greg not only brings a valuable perspective–he also carries a successful track record with proven expertise in building world-class product teams. He will be critical in spearheading the next phase of growth and helping maintain our market leadership position.”
