AppRiver Named Winner of 2018 Silver Stevie Award for Customer Service

Each year, more than 10,000 organizations compete for Stevie Awards across seven programs, with companies and individuals from more than 60 nations vying for a prestigious award. The Steve Awards recognize excellence and outstanding performance not just by companies, but also the individuals within those organizations that play a major role in the success of the company.

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service in the United States recognize the unsung heroes of a company: Sales and support staff. They play a vital role in securing customers, keeping them happy, and ensuring that any problems are rapidly resolved. Many companies are great at innovation and produce incredibly powerful software solutions, only to fall down on customer service.

AppRiver takes pride in its customer service department and has invested heavily in securing the best personnel and ensuring they are well trained, which is necessary in order for them to provide Phenomenal Care® to customers.

Those efforts have been rewarded with AppRiver collecting a 2017 Silver Stevie Award for Customer Service, one of the most prestigious awards for customer service departments anywhere in the world. The award was won at the 12th Annual Stevie Awards for Customer Service Department of the Year Awards (Computer Software) in the 100+ Employee category.

This year’s awards program saw more than 2,500 nominations received, with companies represented from almost all industries, from SMBs to large enterprises.

While all companies like to boast about their great customer service teams, the Stevie Award confirms that a company has gone above and beyond the standard level of service and its customer service and support teams go the extra mile to ensure customers get an exceptional level of service.

“All of our Stevie Award winners should be proud of their achievements. Independent professionals around the world have agreed that their accomplishments are worthy of our public recognition,” said Stevie Awards president Michael Gallagher.
