TigerText Registers Year of Record Growth with 300 New Healthcare Partnerships

The Santa Monica, CA-based clinical communication platform provider TigerText has registered a year of record growth, having formed an additional 300 new partnerships with healthcare organizations in 2016, bringing the total number of healthcare clients using TigerText solutions to more than 3,000.

The impressive company growth can be attributed to several factors. In 2016, TigerText launched a new clinical communication solution called TigerFlow, a solution developed to improve clinical workflows. TigerFlow is a first-of-its-kind, workflow-centric clinical communication solution. The solution helps healthcare organizations optimize clinical workflows and improve productivity, profitability, provider satisfaction and patient outcomes. TigerFlow incorporates the TigerText secure clinical messaging and also offers integration capabilities, workflow consultation services, and data analytics on demand to improve communication across the entire organization.

2016 also saw TigerText achieve HITRUST CSF certified status, which is the gold standard for healthcare security certifications. TigerText was the first company in its category to achieve this prestigious accreditation, clearly demonstrating the commitment of the company to compliance with federal and state regulations covering the privacy and security of healthcare data.

TigerText also expanded its workforce with two key strategic hires in 2016. Kirk Paul Kirkman joined the company as President of the TigerText Client Organization and the company appointed a new Chief Marketing Officer, Kelli Castellano. Kirkman and Castellano have both played a key part in accelerating growth of the company, with both focused on helping healthcare organizations improve staff satisfaction and patient outcomes.

This year has seen TigerText cement its position as the leading provider of clinical communication solutions for the healthcare industry. The company has now partnered with five of the top 10 largest health systems in the United States and is helping them to improve communication and collaboration at the point of care. The TigerText secure messaging solution is now being used to send more than 10 million messages a day.
