TigerConnect Now Integrates with QGenda

TigerConnect, the new name for TigerText, has announced a new partnership with QGenda, which has seen the TigerConnect secure text messaging and clinical communication platform integrated with the QGenda clinical scheduling solution.

QGenda is the market leading cloud-based automated physician scheduling solution. More than 5,000 hospitals have adopted the solution, with many of the nation’s leading hospitals, physician groups, enterprise health systems, and academic medical centers included in its list of 2,500+ clients. The Atlanta, GA-based company’s solution helps optimize the workforce allowing healthcare providers to deliver the highest level of care to patients.

TigerConnect is the market leading clinical communication and collaboration platform. The platform has been adopted by more than 4,000 healthcare organizations and has allowed them to improve the efficiency of communication and collaboration. Hospitals and health systems that have adopted the platform see improvements in productivity and communication efficiency, which translate into reduced costs, greater levels of patient and staff satisfaction, and improved patient outcomes.

The integration of TigerConnect and QGenda means joint customers have instant access to staff schedules, which are embedded in the workflow. Healthcare professionals are able to communicate quickly with the right people at the right time and ensure they have the information they need, no matter where they are located.

TigerConnect integrates with QGenda through the TigerConnect Connection Hub, which allows calls and text messages to be intelligently routed to designated care teams and on-call staff in real time. The TigerConnect platform supports text messages, voice and video calls, and the transmission of medical images and other files to users’ smartphones.

QGenda On-Call activates several key features of the TigerConnect platform, including automated persona management, escalation rules, and shift handovers, freeing users from whiteboards, printed schedules, and spreadsheets.

“We connect physicians and nurses to each other as well as to allied health professionals. We connect caregivers across facilities and health systems. We also connect Systems of Record to our communication platform for fast exchange of information that allows prompt and efficient responses to meet a patient’s needs.” said Brad Brooks, Co-Founder and CEO of TigerConnect. “Seamlessly populating QGenda’s On-Call Scheduling via our Connection Hub allows us to automate the communication delivery process end-to-end, which drives tremendous value for our shared clients.”
