The Stevie Sales and Customer Service Awards program was set up to recognize the achievements of customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals and reward excellence.
The awards program is now in its 12th year, and the finalists for this year’s awards have just been announced.
The finalists were selected from a list of more than 2,500 nominees from organizations of all sizes around the world, based on the average scores given by more than 150 professionals in seven specialized judging committees.
In total there are 89 categories for customer service and contact centers and 60 categories for sales and business development.
Cofense (PhishMe) has announced that it has been named a finalist in the Customer Service Department of the Year category and is guaranteed to collect a gold, Silver or bronze award.
To receive the Gold award, a company must have the highest possible score out of all finalists in the category. An average score of at least 8 out of a possible 10 will see the company qualify for a Silver award, with all other finalists receiving a Bronze award.
“We’re thrilled that our customer service department has been included among the finalists for the 2018 Stevie Awards,” said Jeffrey Rogers, VP of Client Success at PhishMe. “With cybersecurity being a top priority for organizations everywhere, this is a huge testament to the work of our team to ensure that our customers are successfully equipped with the tools and resources necessary to defend themselves against phishing attacks.
The winners of the Gold, Silver, and Bronze awards will be announced at a gala banquet at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas on February 23, 2018.
